Al descargar o usar la aplicación Nozzly (la "app"), aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses la app.
Te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada y no exclusiva para usar Nozzly en tus dispositivos. La app es una herramienta de apoyo para calcular costos y precios de tus impresiones 3D y organizar tu información.
Los precios y costos que muestra Nozzly son estimaciones basadas en los datos que tú ingresas (precio del filamento, tarifa de luz, márgenes, etc.). Tú eres responsable de verificar esos datos y de las decisiones de precio que tomes. Nozzly no garantiza ganancias ni la exactitud de los resultados.
La información que ingresas (figuras, fotos, precios, etc.) es tuya y se guarda en tu dispositivo. Eres responsable de respaldarla; si desinstalas la app, esos datos se pierden.
Si en el futuro la app ofrece funciones de pago, estas se adquieren a través del sistema de compras de Apple y están sujetas a sus términos. Los precios y el alcance de dichas funciones pueden cambiar.
Nozzly se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no nos hacemos responsables por daños, pérdidas o decisiones comerciales derivadas del uso de la app.
El nombre, el logotipo y el diseño de Nozzly nos pertenecen. No puedes copiarlos ni usarlos sin autorización.
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha.

By downloading or using the Nozzly application (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use Nozzly on your devices. The app is a support tool to calculate costs and prices for your 3D prints and to organize your information.
The prices and costs Nozzly shows are estimates based on the data you enter (filament price, electricity rate, margins, etc.). You are responsible for verifying that data and for the pricing decisions you make. Nozzly does not guarantee profits or the accuracy of results.
The information you enter (figures, photos, prices, etc.) is yours and is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing it up; if you uninstall the app, that data is lost.
If the app offers paid features in the future, they are purchased through Apple's purchase system and subject to its terms. The price and scope of such features may change.
Nozzly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or business decisions arising from use of the app.
The Nozzly name, logo, and design belong to us. You may not copy or use them without authorization.
We may update these terms. We will post the current version on this page with its date.
